Refund Policy – MonetizeU

At MonetizeU, we are committed to delivering valuable digital learning experiences. However, if you are not satisfied with your purchase, you may be eligible for a refund under the following terms:

1. Eligibility for Refund

Refund requests must be submitted within 24 hours of purchase.

Only payments made directly to MonetizeU through our official website or authorized representatives are eligible.

Refunds will not be provided if the student has accessed more than 10% of the course content or attended any live session.



2. Deductions on Refunds

An 18% GST deduction will be applied on all refunds as per government regulations.

The remaining amount (after GST deduction) will be refunded to the customer.



3. Non-Refundable Situations

Affiliate earnings, commissions, or bonuses are strictly non-refundable.

Payments made through discounted offers, special promotions, or third-party deals are not eligible.

Requests made after 24 hours of purchase will not be entertained.



4. Process for Refund

Send your refund request to monetizeu.help@gmail.com within 24 hours, along with your registered email ID and payment receipt.

After verification, eligible refunds (after 18% GST deduction) will be processed within 7–10 working days to the original payment method.



5. Special Considerations

Duplicate transactions will be fully refunded after confirmation (without GST deduction).

MonetizeU reserves the right to decline refunds if misuse of the policy is detected.



6. Policy Updates

MonetizeU may update or change this Refund Policy at any time without prior notice.
